My ideal client needs help navigating relationship issues and tools to manage their anxiety and depression. I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional stress. I am trained in evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also have experience in Gottman Method Levels 1 and 2, and PREPARE/ENRICH facilitation. My approach is grounded in creating a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and build meaningful change. I value meeting clients where they are while tailoring therapy to their unique needs, goals, and strengths.
I believe therapy is more than just problem-solving — it is a space for healing, self-discovery, growth, and connection. Therapy can help individuals better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier coping skills for everyday life. I view the therapeutic relationship as one built on trust, compassion, authenticity, and empowerment, where clients are encouraged to move at their own pace while recognizing their resilience and capacity for change.
