Session fees vary by therapist and service type:

Q: Do you accept insurance?
Some therapists at Reyes Collaborative Counseling accept certain insurance plans. We recommend reaching out to discuss your insurance options and see if coverage is available. For clients using out-of-network benefits, we can provide Superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider, which may allow for partial reimbursement depending on your policy.

Q: What can I expect from therapy sessions?
Most sessions are 45–50 minutes and are tailored to your goals. During therapy, you’ll work collaboratively with your counselor to explore concerns, learn coping strategies, and develop tools to improve your well-being. Frequency of sessions depends on your needs, though many clients start with weekly appointments.
Q: Do you prescribe medication?
No, we do not prescribe medication. However, if you may benefit from medication management, we can refer you to trusted local providers such as psychiatrists or primary care physicians.
Q: What is your confidentiality policy?
Your privacy is protected by law. Information shared in counseling sessions is confidential, with a few exceptions required by law (e.g., threats of harm to self or others, suspected abuse of a child, dependent adult, or elder, or court-ordered disclosures).
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee.
