Grace Nguyen
Counselor | LPC-Associate #97658
Supervised by Shelley Zavodny Abeles, LPC-S
I see therapy as a collaborative process that grows with time. Change can occur, even if it is a small step. My goal is to support you in feeling understood, supported, and more confident in creating and integrating back into a life that aligns with your fullest potential. I hope to create a warm and supportive space where you can feel safe, accepted, and comfortable exploring what you’re going through at your own pace. I primarily work with adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and cognitive distortions.
I also have experience supporting children diagnosed with autism and am open to working with young adults as well. My approach is grounded in person-centered care and solution-focused work, with integration of CBT, DBT-informed skills, and present-focused strategies. I strive to help you build coping skills, increase emotional awareness, and develop healthier patterns of thinking that support your well-being.
